#18 - Extra Magic Hours

We plan on taking full advantage of the extra magic hours that are going on while we are there.  I love being in the parks late at night.  There is just something so magical about it!

#19 - Boma

I LOVE buffets. No doubt about it. Lol.  I am excited to eat at Boma for 2 reasons. 1) I have heard nothing but great things about the food. And 2) I get to check out the Animal Kingdom Lodge!  Should be fun times all around!

#20 - Splash Mountain & Space Mountain

I know what you are thinking.  Umm, Tanya.... you have been on both those rides a billion times.  Yes, I know I have.  BUT, not with the seating they have at WDW.  Side by side on Splash Mountain?!  Single seating on Space Mountain?!  It is craziness I tell ya!  Do the rides feel any different?  Any readers who have been on both and can compare for me? =)

Happy Friday everyone!  Can you believe we are already into September?!  Where in the heck did summer go?!  This month is gonna be a busy one for me so let's kick it off with some new products!  Yay!

In case you didn't see it, my September Mix-A-Kit items hit the store yesterday.  I had so much fun making this stuff that I ended up making FIVE products!  I just couldn't stop!  I definitely had Disney on the brain while designing this so that I could scrap my own photos from the Animation Academy.  Which of course I haven't done yet. lol.  So I present to you....

#21 - The BIG Hat!

We are now into September!!  Yay!  Time is flying and I have so much to do to get ready.  Now the pressure is on. Lol.  Today on the countdown is another one of the icons at WDW.  The Big Hat!  I personally think this one is pretty awesome and can't wait to get some photos of it =)

I have heard really cute things about this show.  I love love love the Aladdin show at California Adventure and it will be fun to see a different musical in the parks =)  Plus, just look how cute of those fishies look!

I love me some wild animals and this is probably as close as I am ever gonna get to a actual African Safari.  There is nothing like a open air vehicle to get some awesome shots of the animals too!  I can't wait!

#24 - World Showcase

Oh the shopping I am gonna do at this place.  Oh, and eating.  Lot's of shopping and eating.  I can't wait to take photos of every little nook and cranny of the whole place. It all looks so gorgeous!

#25 - Sci-Fi Dine-In

I have watched countless WDW travel planning videos in my almost 30 years and Sci-Fi Dine-In has always been the one restaurant that I thought looked the coolest.  Eating in a car while watching a movie screen?!  What isn't to love!  I made sure to tell Heather that I really wanted to eat here and luckily she has never eaten here either so we get to experience it for the first time together!  Now let's hope that the food is good!  =)

#26 - Country Bear Jamboree

I was sooo sad when they closed down this attraction at Disneyland.  Yes it is cheesy and yes I have seen it a billion times and yes I took it all for granted. lol.  I am so glad they still have it at WDW though and I can't wait to see it again because I miss it =)

#27 - The Hotels

Oh man. I have seen pictures and video tours and highlight reels of all the amazing hotels at the WDW complex. There are soo many of them and I know there is no way I am gonna be able to see ALL of them on this trip, but I seriously can't wait to get a glimpse of even a few of them!  Disney is sooo amazing at themes and making you feel like you are in another world and I am guessing that these amazing hotels are no exception!

#28 - Pressed Pennies!

Bet ya'll didn't know that I collect pressed pennies!!  I don't only collect Disney ones either! Anywhere I travel to, if there is a machine, I get a penny.  I have even got my friends into sending them to me from the places they have traveled as well.  I have pretty close to all the available pennies they have to offer at Disneyland, so I can't wait to get some WDW ones!  Oh, and a WDW pressed coin book =)

#29 - Spaceship Earth

Out of all the parks, I am most excited to see Epcot.  There is just so much to do and see and I can't wait to catch my first glimpse of Spaceship Earth!

I have heard so many amazing things about this place!  Heather is always talking about the Holiday Sandwich and even though they probably won't have it on the menu yet when we are there, I am still excited!  I love me a good turkey sandwich =)

#31 - The Pins!

So not only do I get a birthday pin but I also get a 1st Visit pin!!  I am gonna be all pinned out =)  This is a very special, not to mention milestone birthday for me and in case you missed it, I get to spend my 30th birthday at the one place I have been wanted to go for FOREVER!  I will wear these pins proudly and accept hopefully very many birthday wishes!!  =)

#32 - Haunted Mansion

Just look at it!!  I love the look of WDW's Haunted Mansion and I can't wait to see it in person!  I have heard about the interactive queue they added, but I haven't really read anything about what it is exactly, so that should be a fun experience too!

#33 - Dole Whip!

Yes I have had a Dole Whip before.  Both here at Disneyland and in Hawaii.  BUT, I have never had it with Orange Soft Serve!  I didn't even know that was an option because here at Disneyland we only have Pineapple Soft Serve!  When I came across this discovery while browsing my WDW Dining app and I knew I was gonna have to try it.  A new take on a old favorite has me very excited =)

#34 - Animation Academy

At California Adventure, one of my favorite things to do is draw a character at the Animation Academy.  It took me forever to finally try it and ever since then it has become a must-do every time we are at the park.  I am excited to continue that love when I am at WDW.  Along with all the other fun and interesting things that can be found  in the Magic of Disney Animation building!
